Terms of Service

Last updated July 2026

By using Augmento, browsing artworks, following artists or creating a collector account, you agree to these terms.

Using Augmento

Augmento lets you discover art and view it in 3D and augmented reality. Use it lawfully and respectfully. Don't misuse the service, disrupt it, or try to access it in ways we haven't intended.

Your account

A collector account lets you follow artists and collect works. You're responsible for the activity on your account. We use trusted sign-in providers (Google, Apple, email) and never see your password.

The art belongs to the artists

Artworks, images and 3D models on Augmento are the property of the artists and galleries who create them. They keep all rights to their work and grant Augmento only the licence needed to display it, including in AR. Nothing here transfers ownership to you, and you may not copy, download or reuse an artwork without the artist's permission.

Buying art

When a piece is for sale, the purchase happens on the artist's own store, Augmento links you there and is not the merchant of record. Prices, availability, payment, shipping and returns are set and handled by the artist, not by us.

Augmented reality

The AR and 3D experience is provided "as is" and depends on your device. Placement and scale are a visual guide, not an exact measurement.

Availability & changes

We may update, pause or change parts of Augmento, and we may revise these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Liability

Augmento is provided without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We aren't liable for the conduct of artists or buyers, or for transactions that take place on an artist's external store.
